WellSpan Health, a sophisticated medical community in southcentral Pennsylvania, is seeking a PRN General Surgeon to join WellSpan Surgical Specialists-Ephrata in Lancaster County.  This respected and well-established group enjoys a loyal physician referral base.

Position details:

• PRN employed position with WellSpan Medical Group (WMG)
• 1-2 weekends per month
• WMG employs 1,600+ providers
• Must be board certified in General Surgery
• At least five years of experience is required
• Rounding on general, bariatric & breast surgery patients
• This collegial group is comprised of three fulltime physicians
• Surgeries performed at Ephrata Community Hospital (ECH)
• ECH is a 130-bed hospital featuring award-winning nursing
• Robust multispecialty robotic surgery program in place
• Busy ED has 35,000+ visits per year
• Collegial hospitalist team handles all admissions
• ECH features ten newly renovated general ORs
